Hi all,
I created this blog to document the adventures of my study abroad program in Trinidad and Tobago this January. I'm going to try and update my blog as frequently as possible, so look for updates throughout the month. I leave on January 2, so hopefully I will find time to make my first post shortly after. To all my family and friends, I will have wifi at the resort we are living at, so feel free to email, skype, iMessage, or facetime me. I hope you enjoy my blog!

P.S. Steel drums and puncheon rum are two things Trinidad is known for (and I'm sure I'll be enjoying both pretty frequently), so that's how I picked my blog name.
